Refund Policy

Skip Bins Hire offers a service which is backed by years of experience in the waste removal industry. While we ensure delivering outstanding waste disposal solution, we also focus on building steadfast relationship with our clients through our customer friendly services.

Full refunds apply:

Skip Bins Hire will provide a full refund of service fees paid if any ordered services not provided due to failure or delay by our Operator (Supplier) and if any services provided not being essentially the same as the services requested in the confirmation order, provided you inform Skip Bins Hire of the request for refund within three (3) working days of the scheduled delivery date for the service and subject to confirmation of the rejection, delay or basically incorrect service by our Operator (Supplier).

Partial refunds apply:

Skip Bins Hire will be able to provide you a partial refund in the event skip bin hire service is cancelled by you, the customer, no less than two (2) working days prior to a day when the bin is scheduled for delivery. The cancellation fee will be 20% of the charged amount and payable to Skip Bins Hire.

You will also be entitled to a partial refund, in the event an order is cancelled by you, the customer, one (1) working day prior to a day when the bin is scheduled for delivery. The cancellation fee will be 30% of the charged amount and payable to Skip Bins Hire. If you decided to cancel an order on delivery day, the cancellation fee will also incur a call out fee of 10 % payable to our Operator (Supplier).

Skip Bins Hire allocates the right to cancel or modify any order if our Operator (Supplier) is no longer able to provide the services set in a confirmation order, provided that Skip Bins Hire will first inform you and use all reasonable attempts to provide a vital alternative to meet your registered interest. In the case an order is cancelled by Skip Bins Hire the customer will receive a full refund of any monies paid in advance for the cancelled order.
